Editorial governance
Corrections policy
Any published library contains errors; the difference between trustworthy and untrustworthy publishers is what happens next. This policy explains how to report an error in any Certuvo resource, the commitments we make about handling your report, and how corrections are disclosed publicly.

What this policy covers
This policy covers every editorial page and tool on this site: study guides, hub pages, practice questions and their explanations, the planning tools' stated methodologies, and the governance pages themselves, including this one. Reportable problems include factual errors, content that no longer matches the current official blueprint or syllabus, broken or wrong source links, a mis-keyed practice question, and any breach of the editorial standards. Feedback about product features or billing is welcome but travels through support channels rather than this editorial process.
How to report an error
The correction form appears below on this page. A report needs one thing: a description of the suspected error and where you saw it. If you can also point to a supporting official source — a blueprint page, a fee schedule, a syllabus entry — that is genuinely welcomed and speeds up review, but it is not required; do not let a missing citation stop you from reporting something that looks wrong. Contact details are optional and are used only to follow up on the report.
Our triage commitment
Every report is triaged into editorial review within 5 business days of receipt. Triage confirms which page and claim the report concerns, checks the current official sources, and routes genuine issues into the review workflow. A report that identifies a real error puts the affected page into review immediately, regardless of its scheduled next-review date.
Outcomes
Reviewed reports resolve in one of two ways, and both are recorded:
- Accepted. The page is corrected through the normal review workflow, a dated note is added to the page's change history describing the correction, and an entry is recorded in the public content changelog.
- Declined. Where review concludes the content is correct — for example, the report relies on an outdated official document — the decision and its reason are recorded against the report.
Material versus minor corrections
We distinguish two classes of correction. A material correction changes something a reader may have relied on — a content weight, a fee, an eligibility rule, a keyed answer — and is always disclosed with a dated note on the corrected page as well as the changelog entry. A minor correction — typos, formatting, broken links, wording polish that does not change meaning — is recorded in the changelog without a separate on-page notice. When in doubt, we classify a correction as material.
Abuse protection
To keep the channel usable, the correction form is rate-limited and submissions pass automated screening before a human sees them. But the decision on every plausible report is made by a human editor — no report alleging a factual error is dismissed by software alone. Spam and abusive submissions are discarded and do not receive the five-day commitment.
